Thank you Martin. You’re quite right to say that Hull City seem to now have it in their heads that they are not good enough – yet we know they can be – look at the performances against Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City, Fulham – all this side of Christmas – to see that they can be good enough. It’s about mental strength and unfortunately they seemingly don’t have enough. Hopefully today they’ll show those battling qualities that they do have once the game kicks off against Sunderland. Despite the seeming certainty of relegation, it’s not over until at least 5pm today!

It seems like the end, you’re right. Somewhere along the road, someone got it in their head that Hull can play beautiful football. I always felt the the uglier we were, the better we played. Hull City was the only team that battled every second on the pitch the first half of last year. Now we have accepted what every other team in the Prem have told us every week of the season, we are not good enough. Winning as a Hull side starts in the heads and the hearts, we no longer believe. Hull have been trying to play like a team that has a history in the Prem, while we should be playing like we earned this, and nobody is taking it from us. Good luck to all of us on Saturday.
